The desert moon is rising, and the stage is calling your name! Whether you are a solo traveler or part of a powerful tribe, we invite you to bring your art to the Caravanseray Vienna 2026 stage. Our festival is a gathering of stories, and we want YOURS to be part of our Theatre of Delight.
Our first application window—the Very Early Bird—is officially OPEN! You have until February 20th to secure your spot in the first wave of selection.

Slots are limited and the stage fills up fast! The sooner you share your proposal with us, the better your chances of joining the lineup.
Be aware that the we only open our Performance Application form during the booking windows.

Very Early Bird 10.-20.2.2026
Early Bird 10.-20.4.2026
Regular Bird 1.-10.6.2026
Late Bird 1.-28.8.2026

Please be aware that it is mandatory for each performer on our stages to book three show tickets. Be sure to have your required bookings completed already, only the applications in connection with completed booking will be considered.
After being selected to perform, the final deadline for completing the performance information section in the application and submitting the music track is June 20th 2026.
